1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You are not employed by pg368 or any affiliated company, nor are you an immediate family member of such employee.

pg368 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use pg368 Services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per individual. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your password with any third party, including pg368 staff (legitimate support staff will never ask for your password)
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
• Immediately notify pg368 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized account access

You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. pg368 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account unless such use resulted from a security breach on our end that we failed to prevent through reasonable security measures.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, pg368 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must submit clear, legible copies of:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• In some cases, a selfie holding your ID document for facial verification

Verification typically completes within 24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be subject to restricted functionality.

5. Deposits and Funding

pg368 accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and other approved payment methods. Deposit requirements:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10,000 for most payment methods
• Maximum Deposit: No upper limit for verified accounts; unverified accounts may have temporary limits
• Currency: All deposits must be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Processing Time: Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider
• Fees: pg368 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered to you) are prohibited under anti-money laundering regulations and will be refunded minus any processing fees.

You must wager your deposit at least one time (1x rollover) before requesting a withdrawal. This anti-money laundering requirement applies to the deposit amount only, not to any winnings generated from that deposit.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your pg368 account, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification
• Have wagered your deposit at least 1x (one time)
• Have met all bonus wagering requirements (if applicable)
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name
• Request a minimum of Rp 50,000 for bank transfers or Rp 20,000 for e-wallets

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

pg368 does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive the full requested amount. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving fees, which are beyond our control.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

pg368 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page and outlined below.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Duplicate accounts, abusive betting patterns, or violation of these Terms may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus (typically 7-30 days). Unmet requirements result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (usually 50-100% for odds above 1.50).
• Maximum bet while bonus funds are active is typically Rp 50,000 per spin/round. Exceeding maximum bet limits may void bonus funds and winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from bonus funds (after meeting wagering requirements) are withdrawable.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

pg368 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly
• Using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds (hedge betting, low-risk strategies)
• Coordinated play with other players to exploit bonuses
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses without genuine gaming activity

8. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

When using pg368 Services, you agree to:

• Bet responsibly within your financial means. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
• Accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games and sports betting, by actual real-world events. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Treat other players and pg368 staff with respect. Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior may result in account suspension.
• Not use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Not exploit technical errors or glitches for unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from system errors may be voided.

8.1 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), tennis, basketball, and other sports:

• Bets are settled based on official league or governing body results.
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid and will be settled once the match is played, provided it occurs within 48 hours. Matches cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours will have bets voided and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play bets are subject to delays in odds updates due to live streaming latency. pg368 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome is already determined but before odds have updated.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) and over/under markets are settled based on full-time score including stoppage time, unless explicitly stated as "first half" or "second half" markets.

8.2 Casino Game Specific Rules

For slots, live dealer games, table games, and other casino products:

• All slot games use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published and cannot be altered on a per-player basis.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) and are recorded on video for dispute resolution purposes.
• Disconnections during active gameplay: If your connection drops mid-game, the game round will complete automatically. For slots, the spin will complete and results will be visible in your game history. For live dealer games, any placed bets will stand and be settled normally. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using automated software (bots), colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs, or any form of cheating
• Money Laundering: Using pg368 to transfer, disguise, or integrate proceeds from illegal activities
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent limits or claim bonuses multiple times
• Underage Access: Allowing anyone under 21 to use your account
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to pg368 systems or other users' accounts
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals after deposits have been used for gaming

10. Limitations of Liability

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of pg368 Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the 90 days preceding the claim.
• pg368 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect account credentials, unauthorized third-party access (unless caused by our security breach), or your violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be legally excluded.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by pg368

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within requested timeframes
• You provide false or misleading information

Upon suspension or closure, you forfeit access to all Services. Any remaining account balance (minus bonuses and winnings from breached terms) will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to pg368.
